Delivery issues with missing items

Two items were not included in my delivery. Instead, it was mistakenly delivered to a nearby address without my consent. I was home during the delivery, and there is a secure porch at the back of my address that has always been utilized for such purposes.

Thrilled with my new fitted caps!

I purchased three fitted caps in blue, red, and green and I couldn't be more satisfied. Excellent price, quick delivery, and the quality is perfect. Received a damaged hat and asked for replacement but told i could only return the hat and make a new purchase, while also being expected to pay for delivery...after already spending £50 on 2 hats and paying for delivery.
Customer services (Harris) was rude and pushy, demanding i sent pictures of damaged hat which is not part of the returns policy. I sent hat back and waited 2 weeks with still no refund, to then have to request "manual refund" after a certain date. All in all, took 3 weeks for refund. Will buy replacement hat elsewhere and won't be buying from New Era directly again.

Frustrating experience with customer service

Received a damaged hat and requested a replacement, but was told I could only return it and make a new purchase, while also being expected to pay for shipping...after already spending a considerable amount on two hats and delivery. The customer service was rude and insistent, asking for pictures of the damaged hat, which is not part of the returns policy. I sent the hat back and waited two weeks with still no refund, then had to request a 'manual refund' after a certain period. Overall, it took three weeks to receive my refund. I will look for a replacement hat elsewhere and won't purchase directly again.

Received my hat folded in half? Presumably to fit it in a small box. The hat has an awful shape and looks flat on top. Quite odd for a service that specializes in hats.
