Received a damaged hat and asked for replacement but told i could only return the hat and make a new purchase, while also being expected to pay for delivery...after already spending £50 on 2 hats and paying for delivery.
Customer services (Harris) was rude and pushy, demanding i sent pictures of damaged hat which is not part of the returns policy. I sent hat back and waited 2 weeks with still no refund, to then have to request "manual refund" after a certain date. All in all, took 3 weeks for refund. Will buy replacement hat elsewhere and won't be buying from New Era directly again.
