They only allow 30 days from the purchase date for returns, not from when the items arrive, which left me with less than 20 days to return my item. The website claims some items can be exchanged and advises contacting their support team. I only needed to exchange one item for a different size, so I reached out to support. However, I was informed that they do not offer exchanges and will not price match on items previously purchased. This back-and-forth led to further delays and reduced my time for a return. They provide no exceptions and direct you to an automated support queue. I would advise only purchasing if you are completely certain and can't find the item elsewhere with a more reasonable return policy.
