Do not pay for faster shipping, I paid 15 dollars more for a 2-4 day shipping and it took longer than ground and when I asked for a refund, I’ve been completely ignored, this will be the last time I purchase solely from NewEra and will now only buy in team shops where my product actually gets delivered on time. This is now the 4th order I have had where FedshittyEx has been used. Do not buy directly from NewEra, again, buy at a team shop or league shop.
If I could give a zero I would. They never honor discounts. It is a scam. They provide discount codes and free shipping code, sign up for email and then once the order is placed, it never gives you the discounts or option to enter it at checkout. You end up paying full price. I have placed several orders and each time same fairy tale discounts offered, check out and no discounts applied or option to use codes. I email and same response. No one does anything about it. Love the product but It is a dishonest company. What a shame.
I regret not checking reviews sooner. I placed a substantial order for the holidays, and the shipping took an excessive amount of time. They only allow 30 days from the purchase date for returns, not from when the items arrive, which left me with less than 20 days to return my item. The website claims some items can be exchanged and advises contacting their support team. I only needed to exchange one item for a different size, so I reached out to support. However, I was informed that they do not offer exchanges and will not price match on items previously purchased. This back-and-forth led to further delays and reduced my time for a return. They provide no exceptions and direct you to an automated support queue. I would advise only purchasing if you are completely certain and can't find the item elsewhere with a more reasonable return policy.
AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!!! It took 4 weeks to receive the incorrect order. Then they provided a long set of instructions to return it to a distant location! I purchased a jacket for my partner during a sale and received a different item. Now the original product is out of stock! They claim I will only receive a 25% discount if I reorder. There is absolutely no way I would ever consider ordering from this terrible service again! Save your money and avoid the hassle. They made a mistake and now want to charge me extra to reorder the same item. Complete nonsense!!!!
I received the wrong size hoodie for my partner's Christmas gift - a 3XL instead of the small I ordered. They informed me that they cannot replace the item. Instead, they offered a 25% discount code for a new order (which I won't use since the hoodie is now much more expensive) and mentioned they would refund the item cost, but not the shipping fee. This experience reflects very poor customer service and a lack of accountability for their error.

It's clear that having someone available to answer calls would be far more effective than email responses. When an order is placed, customers should be able to correct any mistakes. It’s unacceptable to send an item to the wrong address while ignoring my emails. Contacting the shipping company was useless, as they only allow you to change the address through the seller. Every time I reached out, the answer was that it couldn't be done. This is beyond frustrating. I should be able to collect my package at the nearby shipping location, especially since I'm so close. This experience has lost them a customer, and I will not be purchasing from this seller again.
This has been an awful experience. I emailed them and received the same automated response. It's frustrating. We need live support, not emails. When an order is placed, any errors should be correctable. They knowingly shipped an item to the wrong address and ignored my attempts to contact them. The shipping service is also unhelpful. I should be able to pick up my package locally, but they won't allow it. Unreasonable service. I've lost faith in this company and will not purchase again.

This company clearly mismanages product labeling, forcing me to pay more and wait longer. What a way to treat customers! Additionally, there's no phone support—just chat with scripted responses. The representative made me feel at fault. Just send me the right item and acknowledge your mistake. I’m done with all products from this company.
