The goods arrive quickly after ordering and were not to complain about so far. If something does not fit, the return process is also reasonably good. But then the problems arise. The refund of the purchase price does not seem to happen automatically. I have already had the case four times that I had to remind the refund several times by e-mail and in most cases I only received my refund after more than a month after receipt of the return at New Era. I can only guess if this procedure may have a system at New Era. It is certain for me in any case that I will not order there again so soon, if I can not be sure that the ordered also fits and would not have to be returned.
