The caps arrived in perfect condition. The size fits well, even the one-size option. Overall, I’m satisfied.
No local stores left since they have closed down so I now purchase from them via their website. Ordered from them on two occasions most recently, first order contained multiple sizes of clothing to ensure correct size / fit, delivery box was a bit overkill since I didn't purchase any caps, items which were of no use to me were returned. I wanted to place a second order but, wanted my refund actioned first as it was my first time returning an online purchase to them and wanted to gauge timeframes, etc. Refund took them took over two and half weeks to process and even, that was only done because I reached out to them as I felt it unacceptable, Azur from support offered me 10% as a good will gesture, I mentioned I already had a better value discount code should I wish to use one. The item I wanted had sold out in that 2.5 week wait period, I was reluctant but ordered again since the item I wanted was still available in a larger size. 4 days later the one item I primarily based my order around was cancelled and refunded and the rest of my order dispatched, so was doubly irritated at this point. Reached out to support in a last ditch effort for help in sourcing the item in question but, instead was met with another discount code gesture. I feel the responses I received were bot like / copy and pasted script. I shouldn't have to prompt someone to return my money to me in a timely manner, it might've saved the chain of events that followed, hence the 1 star. Update: 18/02/2026 - The item I originally wanted has come back into stock, I reached out to Azur the customer service agent for a discount of 25% as it's what I originally ordered the item with before it was cancelled and refunded. Despite all the above, Azur, apparently, is only allowed to offer a 20% discount code, despite me placing the original order for said item with 25% off, which, I've now essentially been screwed out of. I hope someone at New Era see's this and reaches out. The 25% discount may have been a promotional offer but, given the fact I still gave you business around an item you cancelled on me, I felt the least that could have been done is honour the original 25% so that I could re-order it as I originally did but, instead received a 20% discount code which is no good to me as it is a sale item. Not a great look, New Era.
