My first and last purchase from New Era. My order (#EU600773) was lost by UPS, who delivered it to a completely wrong address and handed it to an unknown person without verifying their identity.Despite providing all the evidence of the mistake, including confirmation from UPS themselves that they could not locate the package, New Era simply kept asking me to "wait for investigations," unnecessarily dragging out the process.A total lack of resolution and sense of urgency. I had to threaten to escalate the case through PayPal to finally receive a refund, after weeks of stress. A deeply disappointing experience with a company that does not take responsibility for the logistics partners it chooses.Not recommended.
