Based on this purchase, and my personal experience. My New Era caps bought by me physically in the USA are of much better quality than the one I bought in the EU online store. The EU cap is a little lighter, the support strips inside are thinner, the visor has a slight curve despite it is a flat visor model. While my sample pool is not extensive (3 caps bought in USA, 1 from EU online store) the difference is very visible
