Delivery doesn`t arrive on day specified. Give benefit of doubt they maybe busier than expected so just wait few more days, still nothing, not even a courtesy call. Phoned them a week later to be told driver attempted delivery on the day at 8.00. I was in and there was no knock on the front door and I didnt ever see a fuel tanker outside my house. So the company charges me a missed delivery fee. Looked on credit card and £60 had been debited before then £40 credited back a few days later. They said they will credit me the fee back so will be waiting for the outstanding £20.Why didnt the driver post something through the door, why didnt the company call to enquire about one of their customers not getting the oil he had ordered. Very strange, seems like they were happy just to take the money as quickly as possible without discussion.
