They shipped the item promptly, which is definitely a positive aspect. However, the customer support is virtually nonexistent. There’s a somewhat helpful bot that identifies the issue and escalates it to a human, but unfortunately, there’s no follow-up from the human side. I sent several additional emails, but received no response.
Now I'm left with trousers that are clearly the wrong size, regardless of what the tag states (tagged 36", measures 39"). I took a chance by ordering from overseas, knowing that returning it wouldn’t be financially sensible since shipping costs are half the item’s value (and even more for returns). While I'm not complaining about that, the trousers are nice enough that I wanted to reorder the correct size. However, if no one has cared to help me with this for almost a month, I’m genuinely losing interest.
I hope the return process goes smoothly, but I guess I’ll have to check other reviews for that information :)
