Helpful and easy to use site, (once you accept that you sometimes need to return to the menu to navigate). Sizes are accurate, the quality seems good and it's a prompt service. Saved me the 200m round trip to my nearest outdoor wear shop. I'm pleased with the service.
The ordering process is straightforward, with precise size information and clear product descriptions. Dispatch and delivery are impressively quick. The in-house brand items offer excellent performance at a truly remarkable price. This has become my go-to source for clothing related to shooting, beating, and stalking.
They shipped the item promptly, which is definitely a positive aspect. However, the customer support is virtually nonexistent. There’s a somewhat helpful bot that identifies the issue and escalates it to a human, but unfortunately, there’s no follow-up from the human side. I sent several additional emails, but received no response.
Now I'm left with trousers that are clearly the wrong size, regardless of what the tag states (tagged 36", measures 39"). I took a chance by ordering from overseas, knowing that returning it wouldn’t be financially sensible since shipping costs are half the item’s value (and even more for returns). While I'm not complaining about that, the trousers are nice enough that I wanted to reorder the correct size. However, if no one has cared to help me with this for almost a month, I’m genuinely losing interest.
I hope the return process goes smoothly, but I guess I’ll have to check other reviews for that information :)

The item arrived quickly and was well packaged. A note regarding the heavy-duty overalls: they are of great quality, but the sizing runs small. I ordered an XL long, and although I don't consider myself a large person, I was hoping for more ease of movement, but they are still quite tight. I believe a 2XL would have been a more suitable option, even though my weight is average for my height.
