I'm disgusted to find a letter through my door saying I owed money no ref to was this was about or who I apparently owed the money too. I went out to my car and noticed it had been clamped without any notice or knock at the door. Also proof with ring doorbell. I rang helpline, what a joke not a helpline line but a rude, jumped up prick on the other end basically not there to help at all or offer any advise or reason why this was happening. All Tariq? Told me to do was ring the number on the letter. I did but again the prick on the other end refused to answer. I asked for the complains email only to find wait for it, they don't have one as such lol! Joke of a company! So finally Mr Redman answered invited i had to pay cash. Had no offical letter to show what cost was for. I also asked to see his badge, apparently they don't have them? But wouldn't release my car until I paid in cash in full. Plus how cqn I get a large amount of cash out from a cash machine? Dicks! I had no choice but to pay for a debt, which I have no idea what for so I could drive my car. I asked for a receipt and for the delightful Mr Redman to write paid in full. Which he refused. He told me he would write down the fixed amount on the letter he put through. Which was the amount I paid and the company told me I apparently owed over the phone, but not what it was for. I will continue to fight this and will not be bullied by these pricks on or off the phone.
