Completely unacceptable service

This service is utterly appalling. I believed I had settled my instalments, only to discover there was still £30 outstanding. Instead of reaching out to me via phone or email, they dispatched another bailiff who added over £200 in charges. He was incredibly rude, threatening to return the next day with even more fees, right after the holiday season when I’m with my family. It's absolutely disgraceful.

Disgraceful treatment from the company

This company is completely unacceptable. I thought my payments were complete, but there was still £30 outstanding. Rather than contacting me directly, they sent another bailiff who imposed an additional £200+ charge. He was extremely rude, threatening to return the next day with even more fees, right after the holidays when I'm with my family. It's truly appalling.

Helpful response regarding debt

I called to inform them that the debtor they were pursuing no longer resides here. The representative was friendly and helpful. If you find yourself in a similar situation regarding past residents, just call them; they will remove your address from their records and locate the debtor through official channels.

Extremely rude staff

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff on the phone are incredibly rude and disrespectful, treating people like fools. I wouldn't want to associate with such a company or individuals. Good riddance.

I had to contact them for a payment as I received no bill or communication, and they added a £75 'compliance fee'. There's no way to lodge a complaint or appeal, and the tone of the representative was highly questionable. I was given information that was outright false, presented as fact.

Terrible company with no solutions

This company shows no interest in finding workable solutions for both parties; their only concern is money. If you're unable to pay, it becomes your problem. My experience with them began three years ago, and they have been relentless in their pursuit, sending threatening messages and calls without any real action. I know of tragic outcomes linked to their tactics. Avoid giving them any money; they don’t deserve it.

Incredibly unhelpful during tough times

I contacted this company regarding my final payment of £220.00, but I lost my job and have no income, and my universal credit has been suspended. Despite explaining my situation, the representative was unhelpful, suggesting I seek financial assistance from friends and family. This company needs to be shut down permanently, as they disregard people facing financial hardships.
