We had an excellent experience on our visit to Krakow. Our tour manager Duncan met us at the airport & made sure we had all the information needed for our stay. He made sure that everything ran smoothly during the week. The hotel was in a central location & we could walk into the old town in 5 minutes. Both the included tours were interesting & the local guides were very knowledgeable. We would book with Newmarket again.
