I signed up for a course on this site in March that was $2.00. Unbeknownst to me this was a 7 day free trial membership. While reviewing my banking information on April 1st I discovered that I had been charged $170. USD for a monthly membership. I immediately reviewed my purchasing documents and discovered (in the fine print) mention of the trial period . I emailed the company to cancel the membership. I was contacted via email by Nara a customer support manager, who canceled my membership and worked with me to achieve a mutually agreeable solution. Nara was empathic and offered a resolution that was timely and did not require a lot of back and frothing. I am appreciative of her willingness to work towards a solution that allows me to continue to utilize this site and services.
