Newmindstart is an affordable and straightforward platform and I'm having a great time learning feminine Qigong course. Annet from customer service was extremely helpful and I look forward to a full membership as it complements the practices I currently utilize. I found this through a $19 Instagram offer and I bought it for myself to bring in the Lunar New Year.
Very hard to cancel - with every available 'trick' used.
Greyed-out buttons you need to press, multiple confirmations, multiple offers to stay. I could put up with all that hassle but the final straw was having to confirm my cancellation AGAIN through an email link.
It should be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. This is absolutely NOT the case with mindstart.
I purchased a class with new mind start a couple months ago and didn't realize I'd been subscribed through doing so. When I reached out to their customer support to be unsubscribed, I was helped by Serafi, a customer support manager. Serafi responded promptly, and with kindness.

I asked for a refund hours after I forgot to cancel my subscription on due date and was given a choice of lifetime membership or refund. Chose refund and was refunded.
I bought the Neuro Art course to use with my Year 6 students before school. I am very happy with the product. I needed to communicate with the company afterwards and Pauline, the Customer Support Manager was very helpful, very prompt with replies and lovely to communicate with.
