When I inquired about the delivery of my items, the support team responded, “We don’t know,” and simply provided the invoice number, which had no delivery details. When I later asked how long it would take to get a refund after returning the items, they again said, “I don’t know, you have to wait until the parcel is returned to us.” Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue, their replies were consistently unhelpful. This is utterly unprofessional, careless, and shows a lack of responsibility. There is a total absence of courtesy toward the customer.
