WARNING!! — US MARKET — WARNING!! The service provided by the company is appalling - filled with difficulties, consuming time and finances. I ordered a small set of glassware, mistakenly believing it was shipped from a local provider due to a small flag next to the store name. When the package didn't arrive, I found out it was sent from overseas and stuck in customs in Kentucky. I reached out to the company, but they ignored my emails. I contacted UPS and even went to their store, only to discover that the paperwork was incorrect and the FDA was holding it, despite no food or drugs in the package. After more emails, they finally replied, saying I needed to resolve the issue on my end, even though UPS indicated they should correct it. After more time on hold, I managed to reach UPS International and completed additional paperwork. Weeks later, the glasses arrived, but the packaging was inadequate for international shipping, resulting in only one glass breaking. I contacted the company again about the damaged box, but after several attempts, they replied about sending a new one, yet I never received any follow-up. No further communication from them. AWFUL COMPANY, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE — WARNING!!
