CAUTION!! — US MARKET — CAUTION!! The service provided by the company is extremely poor - filled with hassle, time consumption, and expenses. I ordered a small set of glassware, mistakenly believing it was shipped from a local provider due to a small flag next to the store name. When the package didn't arrive, I discovered it was sent from overseas and stuck in customs in Kentucky. I reached out to the company, but they ignored my emails. I contacted UPS and even visited their store, only to discover that the paperwork was incorrect and the FDA was holding it, despite no food or drugs in the package. After more emails, they finally replied, stating that I needed to resolve the issue on my end, even though UPS indicated they should correct it. After more time on hold, I managed to reach UPS International and completed further paperwork. Weeks later, the glasses arrived, but the packaging was inadequate for international shipping, resulting in only one glass breaking. I contacted the company again regarding the damaged box, but after several attempts, they replied about sending a replacement, yet I never received any follow-up. No further communication from them. Be cautious!! The company states about return costs: "Return shipping can range from 20€ to several hundred € depending on the item, carrier, and origin. The only way to know the cost in advance is if we book a return for you or provide a quote." They do not specify the return costs or their basis. From my location, the cost is €20. While I understand these are my responsibility, €20 seems excessive! Emails inquiring about returns go unanswered, but complaints about return costs are acknowledged within 30 minutes. However, these costs are deducted from your refund. What options do you have then? Not many! Their response: "Since we cannot provide an exact amount for various returns from different countries, you need to contact us." My complaint is the lack of information regarding return costs. At the very least, they should mention that the amount cannot be determined in advance. It's misleading to customers. They also suggest you can handle your own return if desired. So, now you know, avoid their service; it's cheaper to use your own carrier.
Terrible customer service. I couldn't pick up my package from the pickup point, and it was returned. The store charged me a 50€ 'FEE' to cover transport costs on an order totaling 75€. The customer service response was dreadful and felt like extortion. Avoid purchasing from them; this is a scam.
I visited the local store today for my daughter to check out a pram and have a scan. The staff were exceptionally helpful, answering all questions with great product knowledge! I have an older model pram and couldn't find a shopping basket anywhere. The staff went above and beyond to locate it for me and demonstrated how to fit it. I couldn't have asked for better service or friendlier staff. Thank you so much! I’d highly recommend visiting this store for anyone in need of a pram or accessories. Excellent service!!
A clear theft of my money. Delivery to my address was not executed, causing the package to be sent far from my location, despite collection points nearby. Due to my inability to pick it up, I found out that the company charged me 300 kr for not collecting my package. They seem to have built a business model that allows them to exploit customers by using a delivery service that complicates access to their items, allowing the company to profit from the return shipping fees. Is this even permissible?
