Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!Never buy from them!!!! Misleading information on the webpage was the first problem. I thought i was buying a lamp (for a LOT of money) turned out to be just a foot of a lamp. On all other sites when you buy a lamp it says a lamp.Second, suddenly the delivery time was 8 weeks! Whaaat and why? One lamp foot that was in their storage had to take 8!!!!! weeks to deliver!Third, when after getting so disappointed that I waited for 8weeks of a lamp foot, ofc I wanted to return it! But.... there are no instructions to return!!! Seriously??? In Sweden you have to write to their customer service that does not reply for days to ask for return instructions! Note that you have to return in 14 days! And you of course pay the return cost. Had to pay 250 sek for this stupid lamp foot.Lastly, the customer service is just terrible! When you charge so much money for good you cant talk to you customers like that! Don't even dream about an apology of misleading product description!And of course now when i send the order back and i see that they have received it days ago: no money, no reply, no confirmation!!! Have to talk to them again!!! Unbelievable that a high end store that has a physical store in NK is so crappy! NEVER will buy anything from them again!!!!
