One star is honestly too generous. The customer service is terrible. A lace hook broke after just a year of use. Communication with the support team has been inadequate, and I still have no solution despite contacting them weeks ago. They claim to have a two-year warranty, but reaching anyone for assistance is nearly impossible. I would recommend looking at other brands.
