I didn't complete the questionnaire since it required proof of identity via a picture with address and DOB - they suggested a drivers license or passport be uploaded. No way was I doing that so I stopped the process and contacted customer service a few times to say cancel the order. Runaround and more nonsense till I just said CANCEL again. I have contacted my credit card issuer (which was charged before my eligibility was determined.) to stop payment!! Then Newself was charging me a cancellation fee! They are a bunch of crooks!! Buyer beware!!!! They're the worst.
