I started the process with NewSelf (i.e. provided my credit card information) and began reviewing different types of medication. Prior to STEP 1 (FILLING OUT THE INITIAL APPLICATION), I consulted with my doctor and was advised that GLP-1s may conflict with my current medications and advised to not proceed.

I went online to cancel payment (they don't tell you that you're signing up for a minimum of 3 months). I was told that I'd have feedback on the cancelation within 2 business days......7 days later I get a marketing text about $50 off, so I reply asking about my refund and requesting a call.

A rep did call me the next day, but said that she could not cancel it and it had to be "reviewed". Following the review, and presumably only because I consulted a doctor who advised me to not proceed, I was told that they could refund my money but there was a $99 administrative fee for the doctor--I NEVER FILLED OUT THE MEDICAL FORM! THEREFORE, THERE WAS NO INFORMATION FOR ANY DOCTOR TO REVIEW!

This is a 3rd party cash grab. While I don't fault them for being enterprising, I do fault them for both making me jump through hurdles over the course of 3 weeks and many communications to get a refund and for charging for a service that was not only never used, but never even applied for.....GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO USES THIS SITE!

I have been on semiglutide prior to switching to NewSelf. I was losing weight slowly. I switched companies because my provider changed. I have been on NewSelf for 3 weeks. My hunger is raging and I've gained weight. They started me on a slightly higher dose and I'm confused as to why this is happening. I have tried to log my information in the Metabolic Report but it does not save. There is no place to track my weight but on a separate site. I have messaged customer service countless times with no reply. Please do your research because I obviously did not research this enough. I also paid for a year up front to get the best price. I'm sooo sorry I did.

I have contact customer numerous of times since I just received the medication and I need more support like the tools on the website. The website has an issue according to customer service that they will escalate the issue but since Friday, I am not able to see my personalized plan or any of the promise tools. I have call customer services on Sunday and they told me they would create a support ticket. I have chat with AI and with a representative since them and they keep responding the same, that they will created a ticket. Even chatting with someone is hard you have to wait over 15 minutes for someone to give you a response on every single message and it looks like a new person everything because everyone keep asking the same question repeatedly. I apply the medication as I was prescribe on the bottles but I had not lost a pound and is being over 5 days. The cravings are there, constipation, nauseas and multiple symptoms. I understand that everybody is different and everyone will react different to the medication. This very disappointed and frustrated since.

They just send me a response after waiting for 19 minutes and it read as follow:
You are very important to us, and we are sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. We have assigned a calling agent to assist you. They will reach out to you soon and provide full support, so please do not worry. We will guide you through every step and ensure that your issue is resolved.

In another word, keep waiting until you do not know when. I never write reviews but for this company and the amount of the money they charge I think is worth the trouble since I have to keep waiting. People really need to see these reviews since we are actual clients having issues.

This new self team, has the or me been a nonsense and very efficient when getting my medicine. My introduction into new self was not complicated ,as I wanted to stay on my current dose, I sent over my proof showing I had been taking current medication and they quickly received and processed my current medication. 75.00 cheaper than what I was formally paying through another weight loss website. There was no middle man, no shortage of meds, no lapsing communication, up front and direct, so refreshing from the other websites. Thank you carlos.

Everything moved along in a timely manor. My favorite part is it is very easy to talk to a real person about anything. My medication was sent overnight and very chilled. I am on day 15 and have lost 4 lbs. I eat a lot protein and stay active. Things are great and I can cancel at anytime. I bought the quarterly that gives me 3 bottles. So I may just do that.

I had an exceptionally good experience with NewSelf and a very helpful conversation with Carlos Ramirez, he was informative, patient and answered all my nagging questions. I received my medication along with an abundance amount of information on dosing and how to maintain and keep my medication. I am on my second vile and everything seems to be moving forward with my weight loss goals. Thanks, will definitely be purchasing my next batch of medication from NewSelf.

Beware of this service!

This service is untrustworthy. I contacted the support team, and they assured me I wouldn't be charged until after my consultation with a doctor. I was informed the cost would be $198. However, they charged my card just 30 seconds after their reassurance, taking $594.91 and then an additional $247.91! I strongly advise against trusting this service with your financial information!

Extremely Frustrating Experience

Extremely frustrating! I can't reach a human representative, despite emailing and waiting over 20 minutes in chat. The website has glitches, and when I log in, it redirects me to the main page as if I'm a new patient, with no option for existing account holders. I've cleared my history and cache as well. The initial prescription took an extra week, and I couldn't speak to anyone about it. Now, my refill, which I already paid for, is delayed, and I keep receiving messages to respond to the doctor, which I already did after finding a workaround to access my account. I switched to this service from another provider for cost reasons, but it has not been worth it! My previous provider was much better, more responsive, and even arranged lab work for me.

Lack of Response and Ongoing Issues

I have reached out to the company multiple times regarding my experience with the service, and it has been an ongoing nightmare. I closed my account in early November but had to also close my bank accounts due to continuous charges of $799 each month for products that were never delivered. I have extensive documentation of texts and emails. Although my account is closed, my bank is still seeing these 'past due' charges, which have significantly impacted my credit. The service assures me that they are not collecting money but continues to attempt to do so! They claim it has no effect on my credit, yet they refuse to escalate the issue and keep sending reminders about missed payments. It's been three months, and they have charged my account 16 times, totaling around $9,588. I wish the company would respond and resolve these charges against my bank accounts.

Transition to NewSelf: A Positive Change

OhMyMeds has rebranded as NewSelf. Initially, OhMyMeds received numerous negative reviews, so I was hopeful that NewSelf could turn things around. I faced challenges while trying to cancel my subscription with OhMyMeds, which is often the case with companies that make quitting difficult. If anyone from NewSelf is reading this, I would appreciate help in canceling my subscription. Update: I was reached out to by NewSelf, the company now managing what was previously OhMyMeds, and they resolved all my issues. Given their outstanding customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend NewSelf. It’s refreshing to see new leadership coming in to fix the problems, and that's exactly what NewSelf is accomplishing...
