They shipped around 2 weeks out of China, which isn't bad for a "custom" store. They sent me the wrong top, entirely different from what I ordered, and both items are at least XXL+, when I Large going off their sizing chart.I sent a detailed email with pictures and proof what they sent me was wrong. Which is weird, usually the stuff you order from China is way smaller than US sizing. Customer service email just repasted my shipping info telling me the order was shipped. I tried their Facebook account, who ignored me until I posted on one of their pictures my bad experience, which garnered a near immediate response. They asked for my order ID, and told me they were out of what I ordered and just sent something else, and offered a $20 refund of a $100+ order. Unacceptable. I asked to send me either the correct items ordered, or refund me, and I've got silence in regards to my order. Their NEXT message back in FB Chat, was about another order number entirely, addressing me as Richard, where they also messed up his order. I'll give them another few days to respond to me before filing a fraud complaint. You can't just ship what you feel like and falsely advertise. Reviewing them everywhere to warn others away.
