Well the sizes run small and when I asked for a refund for my package being so late I got the runaround I feel that the products they sell are not worth the price you pay for the quality over all they did send my stuff but its not what I expected I will not be buying more from this shady company also its knock off carhartt its all fake
Scammers. Ordered on 12/15/25 as of 1/27/2026 not shipped, no tracking number, emailed support four times with no response and even an FU email but this company got their money since I haven’t gotten an email back I can’t even get my money back. The code letters on the website don’t work so I can’t send an email from the website. Do not buy from them, They will take your money and run. THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!

Ordered two items…. First time I emailed them was to find out where my order was. They responded within two days, I was impressed. Then I received my product. Loved the dress, but hated the jacket. The dress was as described. The jacket was substandard. I emailed to do a return on the jacket and I’ve yet to hear back from them. It’s past the 30 days that they give for refunds and returns, so basically I’m screwed. Very disappointed in that and will never shop there again.
Avoid this seller at all costs! I should have known better than to purchase from a pop-up ad on social media, but the clothing caught my eye since my wife could coordinate with my work outfits. I’ve sent eight emails and received no replies. I wanted to return three out of the six items, but there’s been no communication. I regret not checking reviews beforehand, as they would have warned me about this deceptive seller.
AVOID THIS SELLER!!!! The items look NOTHING like the images shown and the fit is very strange. My coat arrived with fasteners on the sleeves, but only on one side! So I can’t secure these long flaps to anything!
I am still waiting for my order placed on December 10th, with no updates on shipping and the tracking number provided is untraceable. I've sent two emails but haven't received a response. I placed an order on December 12th and soon realized that this website is not trustworthy. I tried to cancel my order on December 13th and requested a refund. The response I received offered a $10 credit instead of addressing my cancellation request. I clearly stated in my email that the items are not authentic and I wanted a refund. However, the reply was merely an automated message reiterating the $10 credit offer. I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the transaction due to the lack of a proper response regarding my cancellation and refund. Currently, I am not receiving any replies, and I believe this website is a scam. The items advertised as authentic are not, and this should be disclosed on the site to inform potential buyers. I want my order canceled and my money refunded.
I reached out through their website regarding my order, which hadn't seen any updates for 6 days. The verification code they require to prove I'm a real person was unclear, appearing as two letters merged or in a non-English format. This made it impossible to submit my message and get any updates. The inability to communicate due to their confusing text is very disappointing. At this point, I'm doubtful about receiving my order or a refund.
I ordered a jacket that was supposed to be suede with dark brown pockets, but it turned out to be something different. The pockets are a strange orange color, and it doesn't resemble the picture at all. While the material is soft, it's not what I wanted. I'm quite disappointed and feel like returning it would cost more than it's worth, so I've essentially lost my money.
