I placed an order for around £130.The order got lost in the post for about 10 days. I paid for insurance on postage. I emailed the company 3 times with 0 response. I had to deal with Evri myself.After 2 weeks I finally received my order.The clothes are not that bad. The jumpers was not as thick as I thought but apart from that, not bad. Its just the customer service. If you have to send anything back or get a refund. You got no chance as they do not reply.I am only giving them a 1 star because of customer service.
