I placed an order on December 12th and soon realized that this website is not trustworthy. I tried to cancel my order on December 13th and requested a refund. The response I received offered a $10 credit instead of addressing my cancellation request. I clearly stated in my email that the items are not authentic and I wanted a refund. However, the reply was merely an automated message reiterating the $10 credit offer. I have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the transaction due to the lack of a proper response regarding my cancellation and refund. Currently, I am not receiving any replies, and I believe this website is a scam. The items advertised as authentic are not, and this should be disclosed on the site to inform potential buyers. I want my order canceled and my money refunded.
