I placed my order on 12/7, and it has been nearly 9 days without any shipping updates. This is quite worrying, especially since it is a Christmas gift, and it seems unlikely to arrive on time. If I don’t receive an update in the next 24 hours, I expect a refund. There’s no phone number to reach out to, only email communication, which is a significant concern!
The marketing is misleading. I ordered three insulated winter overalls at over $88 each. It took two weeks for them to arrive, and when they did, they were just standard overalls without insulation, which are typically priced around $49 in the US. It's frustrating to see such advertising. I'm giving a 3-star rating solely because I did receive the items.
I received a jumper that I wish to return. I'm following the return process on the website and have emailed my request, but I've only received three responses thanking me for confirming my order. My request seems to be ignored, and there’s no other way to reach them. I won't be ordering from this service again.
I accidentally placed an order and promptly asked to cancel it. Instead of honoring my request, I was offered a 10% discount to withdraw the cancellation. Despite my insistence on canceling, they proceeded with the order. I have never faced such issues with other platforms. If this kind of unprofessional behavior continues, I might only shop at the more reliable options.
I find the prices high for not actually getting the authentic brand. I'm purchasing it because my daughter wanted it for Christmas. The shipping fee is excessive; I expected it to be free or no more than $5.99 for a generic item. I hope it arrives quickly.
