Tried to cancel membership on the day before payment. Received an email 10 minutes after “cancellation” stating that I’ve been charged for another years worth of service which I didn’t want. Contacted customer services and never received a response. Will most likely go through my bank to receive refund. To clarify it was 10pm when it was cancelled and nothing had been taken until after the email confirmation of the renewal came though 10 minutes after cancellation.
