Fantastic, I'm so glad I bit the bullet so to speak, and purchased a package deal, I've done several mini courses already and they're giving me confidence, and extra qualifications to add to my CV, been made redundant at Christmas after 10+ years, and middle aged has been a tough learning curve how the job sector has changed, and just the sheer volume of competition applying for the same jobs out there. I had to do something to help me stand out, and New Skills Academy, is definitely helping me get on the right track to new employment opportunities.

Last year I have paid £75 for a year access to their courses and I did complete several of them.However, they have now taken £99 out of my account without my permission or without any reminder of the payment etc.I did not give permission for them to retain my details and I have not been informed that they automatically put you on a 'auto-renew', and also the change of price is 😵.I have tried to contact them via their website several times, but nobody seems to be bothered enough to reply. I have also tried to cancel the membership, but no confirmation of that either.
Tried to cancel membership on the day before payment. Received an email 10 minutes after “cancellation” stating that I’ve been charged for another years worth of service which I didn’t want. Contacted customer services and never received a response. Will most likely go through my bank to receive refund. To clarify it was 10pm when it was cancelled and nothing had been taken until after the email confirmation of the renewal came though 10 minutes after cancellation.
I thoroughly enjoyed doing the Pet Psychology Course, it had really opened my eyes and learned so much. Well recommended. I personally think all pet owners should take this course, to understand their pets much better, so to meet their needs. Thank you for the great experience. Good value for money too.

I recieved my refund.A day later I recieved an email asking me to edit or delete my review.So I'm doing as they asked. It's a shame they didn't want to refund just because I asked politely via email. I had to review in able to get it back.So now I wouldn't use this company again!
