Last year I have paid £75 for a year access to their courses and I did complete several of them.However, they have now taken £99 out of my account without my permission or without any reminder of the payment etc.I did not give permission for them to retain my details and I have not been informed that they automatically put you on a 'auto-renew', and also the change of price is 😵.I have tried to contact them via their website several times, but nobody seems to be bothered enough to reply. I have also tried to cancel the membership, but no confirmation of that either.
