Last year I paid £75 for a years access to their courses. I did complete quite a few. However they have now taken £99 out of my account without my permission. I did not give permission for them to retain my details and I was not made aware that they automatically put you on a 'auto-renew'I have since tried to contact them via their website and via email and have had no response. Its a shame because I did enjoy the courses and would've used them again if I needed to.EDIT30 minutes after posting this review. I recieved my refund.A day later I recieved an email asking me to edit or delete my review.So I'm doing as they asked. It's a shame they didn't want to refund just because I asked politely via email. I had to review in able to get it back.So now I wouldn't use this company again!
