As a business owner, I would never treat a dissatisfied customer this way—I would issue a refund immediately. I want my money back! Following up a day later, I've received another reply ignoring my refund request, instead offering a $30 discount and a whitening kit. This has been an awful experience with one of the worst services I've encountered. I can't believe this is happening, and the stress from this situation is overwhelming.
