It's a total scam; I suggest paying more to visit a dentist instead. They could easily reverse my payment, but they're acting as if they've provided a service that justifies a discount. As a business owner, I would never treat a dissatisfied customer this way—I would issue a refund immediately. I want my money back! Following up a day later, I've received another reply ignoring my refund request, instead offering a $30 discount and a whitening kit. This has been an awful experience with one of the worst services I've encountered. I can't believe this is happening, and the stress from this situation is overwhelming.
