I ordered retainers, expecting a simple impression kit for nighttime use. After a week without any shipping updates, I checked my order status and saw they added another item, marking my order as 'partially paid,' meaning nothing was shipped. I've spent a week trying to cancel my order and get a refund, but all I receive are evasive responses. They haven't provided anything, done any work, or shipped anything, just frustrating emails despite my clear request for a refund and to cut ties with this untrustworthy service. It's a total scam; I suggest paying more to visit a dentist instead. They could easily reverse my payment, but they're acting as if they've provided a service that justifies a discount. As a business owner, I would never treat a dissatisfied customer this way—I would issue a refund immediately. I want my money back! Following up a day later, I've received another reply ignoring my refund request, instead offering a $30 discount and a whitening kit. This has been an awful experience with one of the worst services I've encountered. I can't believe this is happening, and the stress from this situation is overwhelming.
I placed an order for retainers, no plan or anything to do with aligning my teeth, just to be mailed a simple impression kit to make me a retainer to wear at night. A week goes by without any shipping notice so I log in to the store and see that after paying through their automated checkout, they added another item to my order and labelled it "partially paid" so haven't shipped anything. I have been trying to get the order cancelled and get a refund for a week and am getting nothing but sidestepping responses.They have provided nothing to me, have not done anything for me, did not ship anything or do any work aside from BS emails after I have been extremely clear I want a refund and nothing more to do with this shady company.Absolute scam, do not ever place an order with this business, just pay more and go to your dentist. All they have to do is reverse my payment but are acting like they provided a service which is only eligible for a discount. I own a business and would never treat an unhappy customer this way, I would give them back their money immediately.GTFO new smile, give me my money back! Product ok but service highly problematic.I ordered retainers, but delay of several weeks meant that my address changed prior to delivery. I called and updated my shipping address and was told they would be shipped to new address. But were shipped to old address and I had to drive 2.5 hours to pick them up. Also not provided with tracking info, so when I got there, another delay to obtain tracking number. Overall very unsatisfactory customer service experience and very frustrating and effort/time intensive on my part.
The trays sadly didn't fit so could not use product. The customer service was ok during that portion of the exchange (needed a new size tray sent to try) but once the return was initiated, it was painful to get it finalized: loads of back and forth and non answers and emails saying same thing and I was always the one reaching out for tracking on the return, confirmation the return, and then it was a huge headache to actually get someone to cancel my subscription and credit my card back.
I haven’t even received my retainer yet so I don’t know anything about their actual product. But the service so far has been terrible. The worst service ever. They advertised that I would have a video call to do impressions and so I bought it. And then they let me know they don’t do that anymore. I would have to send them pictures via email. When I did email requesting help. They either replied late and then eventually did not reply to me for 2 months. So I was forced to do the impressions alone with no help. And when I sent it in they told me it wasn’t good enough and now I have to buy another kit and do the impressions again. What a joke. I had to fight to get the kit for free because it was their poor service that I created bad impressions. I’m not a dentist. I wish I never bought anything from here.
