Started 2/2024, Rec'd 4/2024, refinements needed and finally granted again for 3/2025. Again needed refinements July 2025 and was denied. told...."To help clarify, if your teeth have relapsed, shifted, or require additional straightening, and your original plan has already achieved around 80% of its intended goal (which is considered successful, as achieving 100% alignment is not always possible due to differences in bone structure and tooth movement per person), then a new treatment plan may be required to reach further alignment goals" My teeth did not relapse, I needed 2 more teeth straightened up, maybe 3 more aligners and they repeatedly declined to fix it. They want an add'l $1200 to complete the job....I've already given them over $1400....they replied below that they reached out via email. They never reached out!
