The staff are very professional , very helpful, and listen to what you are asking about. The doctor I spoke to listened to what I was saying, talked me through the process, and sorted out my HRT. I wouldn't go to anybody else now for my HRT . They are so knowledgeable about it and the effects it has on your body. And it's not a fight to have to get it.
