Avoid this company.I ordered a hurricane door from Chris. Nice person. New South Window called me the door had been ready and they just received the building permit.The installers came and installed the door backwards. Someone named Franklin came to help them reverse it and put the lock on.There is a 1/2 in gap at the bottom!The threshold plate is silver , they installed a piece that was brown as a spacer,Not sure this will get a permit.They said they would be back out to make it right. They did not show up and never called. They rescheduled.Not a lot of hope it is done professionally.Big box sis my neighbors and is very good and not leaks.I will not be using them for anything in the future.
