I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews of this company on other sites. I fell prey to reading those reviews and have made one of the worst home improvement investments that I can think of by choosing them. All I can assume, is that the positive reviews are written by people that were told waiting 4-6 months for windows to be manufactured and custom fit to their home was a sign of superior quality. So we paid $18,700 for our windows and 3 doors. It took them 20 weeks (5 months) to manufacture the windows and doors, then they came to install them. The installation went fairly smoothly so we were happy. I think this is where most people stop and write their review of the company. They were expecting 4-6 months to manufacture and install, then the windows get installed and they are happy with the new look of their home. 5 Stars, right? But wait, what about that lifetime warranty, the reason you actually paid that ridiculous amount of money for the windows and doors in the first place? About 9 months after they were installed, we had one window's glass spontaneously crack about 18 inches, diagonally from one of the corners. We also had another window's glass seperate completely from the vinyl casing. Long story short, it took them 18 months to replace defective windows, that their own inspection determined were manufacturing issues. If you go with this company, be prepared to have to call them constantly and hound them to get things done, as they will not communicate with you once they have your money. Our warranty call was on January 31st, 2020 and replacement windows were finally installed on July 26th, 2021. To be fair, they did come to install replacement windows on July 28, 2020 (6 months after warranty call) but they manufactured them to the wrong specifications so they did not fit (3 inches too large). Then it took them an entire year to remake the windows from that point. In short, this company will not follow up with you or hit any deadline they set with you. Be prepared to have subpar manufactured windows and doors installed at a premium price and wait around for years to have them repaired via their lifetime warranty. Do yourself a favor and get your windows or doors somewhere else!
