News Team took over delivery of our newspaper last October and since then their service has been excellent. However, in the last week we have experienced a couple of delivery problems and had some difficulties reporting the first one. On contacting the company today, I got through to a really nice man (Richard Lopez) who couldn’t have been more helpful as well as being polite and understanding. He sorted out the problems very quickly and cancelled our payments for the undelivered items. I’m very happy with the service this company is offering.
