First, I’d like to say the customer service does get back to you……unless you want their promised refund. I bought these eye pads, with extra gel pads. The pads malfunctioned. I sent a video proving it. They sent a new set, same malfunction. Sent another video proving it.
First it was the generic, “ Send us 3 dated pictures, time framed within 3 months. One can not do that if they don’t work. The second response; “ Mail it back to get a refund”. It’s impossible to mail it to China. Third response; “ Get a partial refund and we’ll send you this wand product, for free”. I wrote back I wasn’t interested in a product that may, or may not work. I want the promised refund..
No answer.
I don’t think I’m the only one dealing with this.
I would not recommend this to anyone.
