Very disappointing service from the local branch. I'm still waiting for a holding fee refund after not receiving any follow-up forms. Communication has been poor, with the agent often unavailable and email responses sporadic. I have a complete paper trail. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I'm at a loss as I'm getting nowhere in resolving this issue.
