We had a deeply disappointing experience with Newton Fallowell Syston in Leicester . We felt pressured to accept a reduced offer and received repeated calls to my wife despite raising concerns. One agent even messaged us saying we’d “lose a lot more” if we didn’t accept an offer — and demanded we apologise to another staff member. We’ve raised this with Head Office and The Property Ombudsman.
