Do not use this company - worst estate and lettings agency.Took over Goodchilds in Sutton Coldfield as a lettings management company - have not managed our property correctly, no inventories or check ins. They are meant to set up standing orders with tennants - we have gone months with no rental payment. We have had baylifts around to the property as they have never taken meter readings. Had the locks changed on the property for us which we paid for, did not have a spare set of keys produced. When handed over keys after we uninstructed them - left them in a bush next to their office as they do not even have a key safe, the list goes on.To top it off their customer service is disgusting, they do not get back to you for weeks on end and then come back with no solution or try to help to resolve any issues.Will be reporting to trading standards and the property ombudsman. I do not want anyone else to have to experience what we have.
