Only interested when they are taking your money, even then Sara, in particular was rude and incompetent. Didn’t do the job they were being paid for managing the tenants, consistently needed reminding to do inspections. Tenant's damaged our home but we were left out of pocket by hundreds of £’s as Newton Fallowell didn’t pursue them.
