Lincoln: Always a faff

Lincoln branchAlways a faff trying to get anything done - it's rare I'm able to get a reply to an issue on their 'Fixflo' ticket system within a week, or get it actually sorted.They don't seem to care about issues with our house, also the landlord's fault as he doesn't want to pay for anything, but we have been living in some poor conditions for over a year and half but Newton seem to only care about the rent we're paying so they can get their letting agency commission.They insisted on a house inspection during full lockdown in early 2021, when we objected they gave it the old "Oh it'll be good for you as a tenant" yet any issues raised during the inspection have never been fixed.I can go on and on but let's just leave it at: AVOID.Hate this agency and I am not looking forward to the struggle of getting our deposit back when we move!
