We have enquired about rental properties through this estate agents, but they will not even consider you for a viewing unless you submit a full application including your bank details. Having gathered enormous amounts of your personal information, they don't even bother to contact you unless you are successful. Furthermore, they ask for documentation they don't even need (you do not need my passport, driving licence AND birth certificate) so it's virtually impossible to even get past the application form the amount they expect you to give them. It's a completely unreasonable amount of personal information to require just for an enquiry
