Consistently not paid with no notification or call beforehand to let us know, actually went months at one point with no payment and they didn’t even realise.When you try to call no one answers the phone, constant promises of Dave calling you back and he never does.Most unprofessional estate agency I have ever come across. Still an ongoing issue but don’t want anyone else to suffer with them. Considering reporting to trading standards as normal complaints and persistence doesn’t seem to work/ be taken seriously.
