Then Carolyn tried to qualify my financial position, I queried why as she had just told me I could not view the property, she was able to make an appointment for the next day .she then insisted that I email her a copy of my AIB In order to confirm the booking. The whole conversation stank of sharp practice so I refused to send her my financial details and bought elsewhere . I have recently sold a property and would be very annoyed that potential buyers were being put off in this way . Please avoid as a buyer or a seller .
