Excellent service from start to finish!! I was wanting to move to a property with a larger 3rd bedroom, absolutely nothing on the market. A valuation on my property was done, explained what I was looking for and said we have one that will be going on the market on Friday (this was wed), a viewing was arranged and we feel in love with the house. They came back the next day to take photos etc, and both properties went on the market on the Friday afternoon. By Friday evening I had 2 viewings booked for the Saturday and other chap had one. Monday morning 9am, I had received 2 offers and it was sold by 11.30, with me putting an offer in on the other property and it being accepted. Fantastic team!!! Fabulous service.
