As a landlord I used the Lichfield office of Newton Fallowell as managing agents for a property I was letting for a couple of years. Very disappointed with the service I received compared to other agents I have used. The only thing they got consistently right was taking their fee every month, the rest of their responsibilities were very hit and miss or not carried out and often required me to chase them up to get things done. I did complain to them via their internal complaints process over several issues and they concluded they had done nothing wrong. I eventually made a complaint to the Property Ombudsman who found in my favour. If you are a landlord looking for a letting agent then I would look elsewhere.
